With the passing of the years and thanks to the cooperation of various professionals, the company became more diversified. Judit Montsonís joined the recently-established Accounts Department, steering the company towards new heights of ambition as we entered the world of community management. The push towards growth in the property management sector was given new force when Rafel Navarro was recruited to help establish the Maintenance Department. The appointment of Eusebi Solé i Toldrà (Sebi), now our Chief Executive Officer, was a decisive influence in shaping and defining what we all know today as a property service company. Nonetheless, we should never forget that many other people also helped the company to prosper and grow over the years.

Today, our highly professional team, led by Sebi, the company’s CEO, carries out a wide range of duties, engaging with new challenges the company is constantly generating. We prefer straight, simple dealing; we admire the job well done; and, above all, we seek our customers’ complete satisfaction.

Mònica, head of administration and restricted services, organises and attends to all the company’s needs, always seeking the most appropriate solution to the business in hand. Dani attends to all the needs of residential communities, ensuring control, monitoring and everything else required to ensure the best results, completely satisfying our clients’ needs and demands and meeting the high standards we set ourselves. cia que nos imponemos y que nuestros clientes se merecen. Imma, who has long experience in the property sector, digitises, provides and organises all papers that, having been compiled into dossiers, serve to control accounts, present statements and, in short, ensure that we know what we spend and how we spend it at all times. Paulo keeps our properties in excellent health, providing maintenance and everything necessary for our clients’ complete comfort. The commercial area of the business is in the safe hands of Julieta and Fedor, who are in direct contact with clients and continue to assist many people in finding the right property to lease or purchase.
